As a Customer Experience, Marketing & Communications Advisor, you and your three direct colleagues are day in and day out working on establishing our brand(s) stronger and achieving our commercial
objectives. You devise, coordinate and realize creative marketing campaigns, both offline and online. What motivates customers to come to our insurance stores or clubhouses? And how can you translate that into a great campaign in which you and the employees of our Univé clubhouses are in the lead? In addition, you are busy coming up with ideas to improve the customer experience and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you do not turn your hand around for, for example, writing and editing texts
